Monday Meditation Sound Bath
Step into the new week with intention, clarity, and inner connection.
Designed by Dr Jessica Taylor, the Monday Meditation Sound Bath begins with a gentle guided visualisation and breathing exercise, leading you into a deep meditative state where you can engage with the quieter parts of yourself.
Through this immersive experience, you'll be supported to tune in, listen, and receive the wisdom your inner self holds. As the sound bath unfolds, the soothing frequencies of quartz sound bowls, drums and gongs will deepen your journey, allowing messages, insights, and intuition to rise to the surface.
This session is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign - a chance to begin your week with calm, clarity, and connection to yourself.

Wednesday Journalling Sound Bath
Welcome to a unique space for deep reflection and stress release. Designed by psychologist, Dr Jessica Taylor, this Journalling Sound Bath invites you to sit in tranquillity, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of an immersive soundscape.
As the calming sounds wash over you, you'll be guided to freewrite your ideas, thoughts and feelings, allowing your mind to unwind and process emotions with pen and paper.
There are no rules - just a peaceful, supportive environment where you can explore your inner world, release tension, and gain clarity. Whether you're looking to reflect, de-stress, or simply take a mindful pause, this session offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself.
